Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding local holidays). Once your order is placed, it will enter our system within 24 hours. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin the next business day.
2. Delivery Time & Regions
- For customers within the European Union, delivery typically takes 3-7 calendar days after dispatch.
- For non-EU or international deliveries, the time may be 5-15 calendar days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier service.
- Please note: under EU consumer law you must receive the goods within 30 days unless a different period is agreed. European Union
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and selected courier service.
Orders over €100 (or equivalent) qualify for free shipping within the EU. For other orders, standard shipping fees apply.
4. Dispatch & Courier
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a dispatch notification.
Our primary couriers partner with logistics companies that provide door-to-door delivery with tracking.
Inventory shortages, supplier delays, or courier disruptions may extend dispatch times; in such cases we will notify you promptly.
5. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Inside the EU, prices shown include VAT; no additional fees apply unless required by local laws.
6. Failed Delivery & Address Changes
It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be contacted to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Liability & Damages
All orders are insured in transit. We recommend that you inspect the goods upon delivery and report any visible damage within 48 hours.
Shrinkage, wear and tear, or delays caused by the courier are excluded from our liability.
8. Delay & Cancellation
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of dispatch (or within the agreed delivery period), you can contact us to request a full refund or re-shipment. European Union
We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order due to stock issues, force majeure, or incorrect payment, and will notify you as soon as possible.

In brief: returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
