We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every Rise One purchase.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Footwear or accessories must be returned in the original box and protective wrapping.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are non-returnable.
3. Return Process
- Email us at info@riseone.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm your request and provide the return address.
- Once approved, please ship the item back within 7 days.
- Include your name, order number, and tracking details in the package.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
4. Refund Conditions
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- We do not refund shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes.
- If an item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may apply.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original product first and place a new order once your refund is processed.
This ensures faster delivery and availability.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue, and we will send a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
